The Rotaract club of Shanmuga Industries Arts and Science College was initiated in the College in 2016. The club was officially chartered in July 2016 and is enrolled under District 3230 which is currently sponsored by the Rotary club of Moon City.

Future plans

Medical check-up for the non-teaching staff of the college.
Eye check-up for the students on campus.
Career guidance programme for corporation school students.
Joint projects with other Rotaract clubs in India.
